Chinese Zen Meditation
We meet on Mondays at 8.00 pm to 9.15 pm, at Edgefield, the Square, Winscombe, BS25 1BS.
The evening consists of two sits interspersed by kinhin and a short talk at the end on aspects of buddhist teaching.
